  • “We have had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn for more than two years. Caitlyn has been wonderful to work with - she is attentive, creative, and responsive, readily incorporating feedback and creating products that fit our science communication goals. Caitlyn has now worked on at least 5 of our projects and we look forward to continuing working together. We love the final illustrations that Caitlyn provided and we would absolutely recommend her. She has been a fantastic and responsive collaborator. We always receive products with plenty of time and they are beautifully created.”

OH-HI Science CoLab, University of British Columbia

  • “Caitlyn was so communicative and eager to help. Not only did she listen to my ideas and concerns during our initial consult, but she was always available to answer questions and provide design suggestions throughout the process as my direction and vision shifted. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sci Comm Studio for other academics and researchers seeking scientific design and communication support. From branding to website design and illustration, Caitlyn provides design services that are competitively priced, and high quality. In a world where there is so much AI-generated content, it's really refreshing to work with a company that values human-led and human-generated design.”

Dr Holly Mathias, Assistant Professor, University of Alberta

  • "Caitlyn was wonderful to work with! She helped focus all of my ideas and scribbled drawings into a simple and cohesive design that turned out absolutely wicked! The turn-around time and communication were both super consistent. 10/10 would recommend!"

Dr Kevin De France, Assistant Professor, Queen's University

  • "Throughout the project, Caitlyn was responsive and open to feedback. She always made sure I felt comfortable sharing what resonated and what didn’t. I’m really happy with how everything turned out! If you’re looking for a designer who combines skill with a sincere interest in your goals, I’d be glad to recommend working with Caitlyn."

Dr Sheryl Bourgaize, Assistant Professor, Cape Breton University

  • "I had a great experience working with Sci Comm Studio. I approached Caitlyn with very minimal direction, and she helped me transform my ideas into informative graphics. I would recommend Sci Comm Studio due to their great communication and adaptability."
